The app does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name, email address, or other personal information in order to use it.2. Anonymous Usage Analytics
To understand how the app is used and to improve it, the app collects a limited amount of anonymous usage data and sends it to our own analytics server. This data consists of:An anonymous identifier — a randomly generated value stored on your device that lets us count returning users. It is not your name, email, phone number, account, or advertising identifier, and it is not tied to your real-world identity.
Session information — when a session starts, how long it lasts, and how many sessions you've had.
Which screens in the app you visit, the order you visit them in, and how long you spend on each.
Your device platform (iOS or Android) and the app version.
We use this information only to measure engagement and improve the app. We do not use it to identify you personally.3. Information Stored Only on Your Device
Data you create in the app — including any trip, session, bankroll, or profit-and-loss information you enter, your training progress, saved simulations, and settings — is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us.4. No Advertising; No Third-Party Trackers
We do not show third-party advertisements in the app. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, and we do not track you across other apps, websites, or services.5. No Sale of Data
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.6. Service Providers
We use Cloudflare, Inc. to host the analytics server that receives the anonymous usage data described in Section 2. Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf.7. Data Retention (new)
Because the usage analytics described in Section 2 are anonymous and not linked to your identity, we retain them indefinitely in order to analyze long-term usage trends. The information stored locally on your device (Section 3) remains on your device until you delete it within the app or uninstall the app.8. International Users and Data Transfers (new)
The app is available worldwide. If you use the app from outside the United States, the anonymous usage data described in Section 2 may be transferred to, stored, and processed on servers operated by our service provider, which may be located in the United States or other countries. By using the app, you understand that your information may be processed in countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those of your country.9. Your Privacy Rights (new)
Depending on where you live — for example, in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California — you may have rights over personal information, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of that information, or to object to its processing. The usage data we collect is anonymous and is not associated with your identity, so in most cases we have no ability to connect it to a specific person and therefore cannot locate, retrieve, or delete an individual's data on request.
